RMRI, LLC. PAYMENT POLICIES
RMRI, LLC. has some basic and simple payment policies in place to protect the agency and ensure that we can provide outstanding service to our clients.
(1) RMRI, LLC. always charges a retainer, we know we are going to go out of pocket in expenses as soon as we take a case, we try to account for that.
(2) Retainers are non-refundable, as we stated; we know we are going out of pocket as soon as we take a case.
(3) If you are late on a payment, we put your case on hold, after thirty days we close the case, we can reopen the case but we have to start over again, and that requires another retainer.
Please do not make payment arrangements with RMRI, LLC. based on what you think we want to hear, make payment arrangements with RMRI, LLC. based on what you can afford to pay. If you are estimating a time to pay and setting a deadline, set the deadline and then add a week. RMRI, LLC. does not mind clients being realistic and conducting smart business. Everyone is happy and less stressed like this.

Background Report: $250.00: This will give you criminal, and civil records for a subject, some basic asset information, relatives and associates, company ownership information, address history, basic digital footprint information, and in most cases more.
Bank Account Transactions - $1500/Month/Two (2) month Minimum: All withdrawals and deposits on a located bank account per month.
Civil Litigation Investigation - $150.00/Hr.: RMRI, LLC. will work for attorneys in civil cases conducting the same type of investigative work as in criminal cases with an eye on standards of civil evidence.
Credit Card Transactions - $1500.00 first month and $750.00 each month after: Give me a person's Full Name and DOB and we will find any credit cards in their name and give you the first month's transactions on that credit card account, and each additional month after that is $500.00.
Surveillance - $150/Hr.: Whether you need Technical Surveillance, Covert Surveillance, or Field Surveillance, RMRI, LLC. are the experts at it with over twenty five years of experience at it.
Criminal Defense Investigation - $150.00/Hr.: RMRI, LLC. will work for attorneys in criminal defense matters to obtain evidence, locate witnesses, conduct witness interviews, background check witnesses and more.
Digital Forensics - $200.00/Hr.: An in-depth analysis of any digital medium, Computer Hard Drives, Cell Phones, Tablets, GPS Systems. We can find deleted texts, location data, social network information, phone calls, photographs and videos on the device, metadata from the photographs and videos, and much more. This work is very intense and lays a lot of emphasis on attention to detail.
Email Trace - $500.00 with a $250.00 Non-Refundable Advance: We have about an 80% success rate with this service. There is a lot of work that goes into this. RMRI, LLC. charges the $250.00 for the initial work, and if we can' find the identity of the person that owns the email account, we don't charge any more, if we do find the identity of the person that owns the Email address we charge an additional $250.00.
Full Financial Profile - $5000.00: Returns all banks regardless of account type located in the nation matching SSN along with brokerage accounts/IRA’s and a list of business entities associated with SSN. Two (2) associated individual business searches will be included in the search.
Nationwide Asset Report - $4,500.00 PLUS open trade lines PLUS 30 days transactions in each bank account located,PLUS last 30 Days Credit card activity PLUS F.I.E.N. locate, PLUS Associated Business Bank locates.
O.S.I.N.T. Search - 500.00: This is a comprehensive report of all of the places and activities that a person has been to and conducted on-line.
Nationwide Bank Account Locate - $3,000.00: With the Full Name and DOB of a given subject, we return all bank accounts (checking, brokerage, and savings accounts) in the subject's name anywhere in the USA including off-shore accounts. Bank name, bank location, amount in the account, and last four (4) digits of account number.
Nationwide Employment Locate - $750.00: Give us a subject's Full Name and DOB and we will find that subject's employer and earnings.
Nationwide Financial Locate - $3500.00: Returns all banks regardless of account type located in the nation matching SSN along with brokerage accounts/IRA’s and a list of business entities associated with SSN. Two (2) associated individual business searches will be included in the search.
Person Locate: $250.00 to $750.00: Seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) is a high-side fee for a Person Locate. This is the most you will pay and this only applies if you don't have "starting information" like Full Name, Age, or Date of Birth, Last Known Address. Typically the client will have some of this information, and can expect to pay $500.00 or less. The cost of this search is dependent on the information the consumer has.
Process Service - $100.00/Per Paper: We serve legal papers at a flat rate of $100.00 per paper. Unlimited attempts. Locating the person for service or "skiptracing" is not extra. Simply $100.00 per paper.
